How do I cancel a booking?

You can easily cancel your booking online at any time prior to your departure date by clicking on the "Login" link located at the top of the site and following the instructions. Depending on the fare type you have chosen, a refund may be due which will be automatically applied to the credit or debit card you used at the time of booking. Refunds can take up to 5 days to appear in your account.
